Welcome to Muveet, a technology-driven platform designed to connect customers, vendors, and riders for seamless delivery of food, groceries, medicines, and other goods. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Muveet platform (referred to herein as the “Platform”) and apply to all users: customers, vendors, and riders.
By accessing or using Muveet, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancelation Policy, and Chargebacks & Disputes Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“Muveet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”: the company operating the Muveet platform.
“User”: any party using the platform, including customers, vendors, and riders.
“Vendor”: a business entity selling goods or services via the platform.
“Rider”: an individual delivering goods to customers.
“Customer”: an end-user placing orders via the Muveet app or website.
“Service”: any feature or offering provided by the Muveet platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Muveet may terminate accounts for false information, misuse, or policy violations.
3. Vendor Obligations
3.1 Onboarding and Verification
Vendors must:
Provide necessary documentation as required during the registration process.
Undergo verification and remain compliant with all applicable laws.
3.2 Product Listings and Fulfillment
Listings must be accurate and up to date.
Orders should be prepared promptly and packaged correctly.
Vendors are solely responsible for labeling and fulfillment readiness.
3.3 Service Quality
Products must meet safety, health, and quality standards.
Vendors are liable for harmful, defective, or misrepresented goods.
3.4 Payments and Commission
Muveet charges a commission per transaction, as specified in the vendor agreement.
Payouts are made periodically to the vendor’s designated bank account.
3.5 Cancelation and Refund Coordination
Vendors must assist with refund and cancellation requests per the Refund and Cancellation Policies.
4. Rider Obligations
4.1 Rider Onboarding
Riders must:
Complete registration and verification.
Provide valid identification and (if applicable) vehicle documentation.
Agree to the terms in the Rider Guide.
4.2 Delivery Conduct
Deliver items promptly and respectfully.
Follow optimal delivery routes and comply with traffic laws.
4.3 Delivery Responsibilities
Riders are liable for loss, theft, or damage of goods in transit.
Packages must not be opened, tampered with, or altered.
4.4 Payment and Incentives
Earnings are calculated per delivery, with additional performance incentives.
Payouts are made weekly or on the defined schedule.
5. Customer Obligations
5.1 Account Usage
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and payment details.
Muveet is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
5.2 Orders and Delivery
Customers must be present or ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
If unreachable, orders may be marked as failed after a reasonable wait.
5.3 Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Orders can be canceled according to the Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are processed per the Refund Policy.
Disputes over charges follow the Chargebacks and Disputes Policy.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Payment Processing
Muveet uses secure third-party payment processors.
Users consent to the processing and storage of payment information by those providers.
6.2 Service Charges
Service fees, delivery charges, and optional tips may apply and are disclosed at checkout.
6.3 Chargebacks
Filing false or illegitimate chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on Muveet, including text, logos, media, and technology, is the property of Muveet or its licensors. Users may not reuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.
8. User Conduct
Users may not:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Spread viruses, malware, or spam.
Harass, threaten, or exploit others.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
Muveet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as data loss or lost profits.
We are not responsible for vendor product issues or delivery errors.
Platform availability may be affected by maintenance or technical disruptions.
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate any provision of these terms or other platform policies.
Your actions pose a risk to Muveet, its users, or operations.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through:

Arbitration or court proceedings as necessary
13. Changes to These Terms
Muveet may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
