At Muveet, we understand that sometimes plans change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers can cancel orders placed through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
To request a cancellation, please use one of the following method
- In-app Cancellation: Navigate to your order details and look for a cancellation option.
Food & Grocery Deliveries:
- You may cancel your order if you change your mind, find a better option, are no longer hungry, realize you have dietary restrictions/allergies, or placed an accidental order before it has been processed by the vendor or dispatched for delivery.
- If the delivery time becomes too long after placing the order, you may also request a cancellation.
- Once the order is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
- If the cancellation is successful and the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be initiated according to our Refund Policy.
Pharmacy:
- You may cancel your order if you change your mind, find a better option, realize you no longer need the item, have a prescription change, or placed an accidental order before it has been processed for dispensing or dispatched for delivery.
- If the delivery time becomes too long after placing the order, you may also request a cancellation.
- Once the order is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
- If the cancellation is successful and the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be initiated according to our Refund Policy.
Parcel Deliveries:
- You may cancel your parcel delivery request if the parcel is no longer available, the pick-up location is inconvenient, you provided incorrect information, or you changed your mind before the parcel has been picked up by our logistics partner.
- If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated according to our Refund Policy.
Car Rentals:
- Cancellation terms for car rentals may vary depending on the specific rental agreement and the vendor’s policies. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled pick-up may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as outlined in the rental agreement.
- Cancellations may be possible if the pick-up location is inconvenient or due to a change of plans, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
- Cancellations made closer to the pick-up time or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in the rental agreement.

2. Cancellation by Muveet
Muveet reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Vendor Unavailability: If the selected vendor is unable to fulfill the order.
- Service Area Limitations: If the delivery or pick-up location is outside our service area.
- System Errors: Due to technical issues or system malfunctions.
- Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity: If we suspect fraudulent activity associated with the order.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to events beyond our control that prevent order fulfillment.
- Concern About Freshness/Availability (Groceries, Pharmacy): If there are concerns about the quality or availability of the ordered items.
- Payment Issue: If there is a problem with your payment that cannot be resolved.
- Parcel No Longer Available: If the item intended for parcel delivery is no longer available.
In the event of a cancellation by Muveet, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed automatically according to our Refund Policy.
3. Modification of Orders
Modifications to existing orders (e.g., changes to items, delivery address, or time) may not always be possible once the order has been placed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to inquire about potential modifications.
4. No-Shows (Car Rentals)
For car rentals, failure to pick up the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location may result in a no-show fee and cancellation of the booking without a refund, as per the rental agreement.
5. Updates to This Policy
Muveet reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
